It’s cut from the season’s Cherry Blossom print in a swingy silhouette that's finished with an open neckline that’s dotted with elegant black picot edge stitching. It features smocking around the neck, raglan sleeves, a pleated tiered skirt, and black buttons up the front. The raglan sleeves billow with pleats, ruffled edges, and smocked sleeve openings.
