Our Policies are as follows:

  • All orders will ship once payment has been received and cleared.
  • We ship weekly orders every Saturday.
  • Payment can be made via PayPal, Credit or Debit Card.
  • All orders are shipped via ground delivery. If you want something shipped faster, contact us beforehand and we will provide a shipping quote.
  • For in-stock items, standard shipping time is usually 5-7 business days.
  • Customer email addresses are used solely for shipment updates and future marketing of Petit & Olson only.
  • Due to overseas logistics and costs incurred to procure our items, all sales are final.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. We will negotiate a replacement for the item if it can be quickly replaced.  If a replacement of the broken/damaged item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  • Sales tax of 9.0% is added for California Residents.
  • All orders and credit card information is processed with the most stringent level of encryption and certification.
